To adapt to the high speed of new energy motors and servo motors, HXB has developed a series of specialized bearings suitable for the new energy vehicle and CNC machine tool industries. This series of bearings is designed with optimized rings, high rigidity resin cages, ceramic balls, and non-contact sealing rings.
HXB automobile transmission shaft bearings use double-sealed high-temperature resistant rubber, which has excellent dust-proof performance; at the same time, they use high-temperature resistant grease to extend the service life of the bearings. The bearings are currently supporting models such as Changan, Hongqi H5, BYD Han, Xiaopeng P7, BYD Han, BYD Tang, BYD Song, Changan Auchan X5, Changan Auchan X7, Geely Lynk & Co 06, etc.
Ball bearings in machine tool spindles that bear axial loads need to have excellent high-speed and high-stiffness performance contact angles. For these uses, HXB provides 60° high-stiffness ball screw bearings to meet high axial stiffness requirements. HXB series bearings mainly include 760 series and TAC series.
High precision cylindrical roller bearings
HXB provides single-row and double-row high-precision cylindrical roller bearings for machine tools. Cylindrical roller bearings are optimized for high load and high load-bearing applications (turning/lathe machines) and are particularly suitable for machine tool spindles where the bearing configuration must withstand heavy radial loads and high speeds while providing high rigidity.
